Shipping, Refund, and Cancellation

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing Time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All the orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer processes and creates the order, which then takes an additional 2-4 days.

Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes around 3-6 days.

Refunds: All sales are final. We cannot accept refunds unless we sent you the wrong item or if we made an error in your order.

Returns: Every item is made to order, we cannot accept returns. To inquire about an error please do not hesitate in contacting us.
